Designer Cats Singapore has operated as an AVS-licensed pedigree cattery since 2011 — one of the founding professional catteries in the region. Between January 2025 and May 2026 we surveyed 256 verified adopters across our 15+ year client base to produce the most authoritative first-party dataset on Singapore cat ownership. Key findings: 71% of Singapore pedigree cat owners live in HDB flats, average first-year spend is S$4,180, British Shorthair and Ragdoll remain the top two breeds, and 96% of adopters rate their cattery experience 9/10 or higher.
