Terms And Conditions:

A non- refundable full payment is required upon confirmation.

Our guardian angel will arrive at staggered timing (1 hour daily).

Cat sitting rates are charged on calendar day basis.

All client's cat must be registered and fulfilled all requirements.

Any extension to the original booking dates will be charged accordingly to the client.

Any cats with medical conditions, client must provide a detailed list of instructions during the meeting.

Client must sign an indemnity and consent form for our cat sitting service.

Cat owner allows our assigned guardian angel to take photos & videos of their cat to be used on our Social Media platforms & website.

If veterinary attention is required, Cat owner is liable for all expenses including the transport cost to the vet.

In the event of serious illness and the cat owner cannot be contacted, the veterinary surgeons decision will be final.

All monies owing, including fees and costs relating to their care, shall be payable by pet owner forthwith after receipt of Designer Cats Boutique Hotel advice as to the amount thereof.

In the event of any cancellation of traveling plan due to COVID or any medical situation, duration of booked cat sitting service will be transferred as a credit note for future bookings, if a memo from a certified doctor is provided.
