How long does collection day take?

Allow around 45 minutes. The handover includes the documentation walkthrough, the responsible pet ownership session and time for the kitten to settle in its carrier before travelling home.

What is covered by the lifetime health guarantee?

Hereditary genetic conditions are covered for the life of the cat. The guarantee is documented in writing at handover so the terms are clear before you commit.

Can you deliver instead of collection at the boutique?

Yes. We arrange island-wide handover across Singapore from our boutique at Vibes@Eastcoast, 308 Telok Kurau Road #01-28. Delivery is arranged after the kitten has cleared its final vet check.

How collection day works

1. Viewing and reservation

You meet the kitten by appointment at our Telok Kurau boutique, with no hard selling. A reservation holds the kitten while it completes its vaccination schedule.

2. Veterinary clearance

Before release, a government-registered veterinarian issues the health certificate and confirms the microchip, deworming programme and vaccination course are complete.

3. Handover session

On collection day we walk you through the paperwork, feeding routine, litter habits and settling-in plan in a one-to-one consultation.

4. AVS licence transfer

We transfer the AVS cat licence into your name and explain your responsibilities as a licensed cat owner in Singapore.

5. Lifetime after-sale support

You keep a direct support line to the cattery for questions on growth, diet, grooming and health for the life of your cat.
