Storing and serving
Our kitchen blast freezes every batch of Raw and Cooked Gourmet at -35°C. This locks in freshness and stops bacteria from growing.
- Keep packs frozen until you need them.
- Thaw in the fridge, in a sealed container on a plate, not on the kitchen counter or in the sun.
- Serve a small portion your cat will finish in one sitting. Put untouched food back in the fridge straight away.
- Throw away anything your cat leaves in the bowl, then wash the bowl.
- Wash your hands, utensils and surfaces with soap and hot water after handling raw food.
- Follow the storage and use-by guidance printed on your pack.
